for consideration CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 83(HSS) "An Act                                                                        
relating to the protection of vulnerable adults and residents of long                                                           
term care facilities" with the following amendment:

Senator Micciche moved that the Senate concur in the House                                                                      
amendment.
